Prime was started in 2003 by its current senior management team to focus on the developing a full-scale retail service company. The initial core ability of merchandising, re-merchandising and fixture installation was the foundation that Prime was built upon. After completing full-store merchandising projects through-out the country, Prime developed additional capabilities to meet the needs of its retailer client base. This service growth has led to the additional services of special projects, roll-outs, resets, project management and construction services. This portfolio of capabilities enables Prime to develop and execute programs of all scopes and sizes for multiple retailer clients in the U.S., Canada and Mexico.
